    • Suspect: Identified as Marquess Pimentel; reportedly does not live at the unit.
    • Action: Platoon/units showing en route to the unit; investigation and additional response in progress.
  • Incident C — Medical assist

    • What/When: 23:13 — possible intoxicated female (Adriana Kovakova) at 389 Sunnyside Circle refusing to unlock door.
    • Action: Squad en route / on scene and attempting to assist.

What happened:

  • Loitering/trespass complaint: subjects camping in the community bathroom; management requests trespass.

Where:

  • Mobile City, 23-22, Highway 6 and 50, Rotorua City. A reporting party (RP) is on scene/staffed.

When:

  • Initial dispatch/complaint logged at 22:46.

Current actions:

  • Units 34-61 and 34-59 were advised of the loiter/trespass at 22:46.
  • RP reports subjects are in the community bathroom; another tenant notified RP.
  • A subject is reported at the back of the park in a yellow house; sheriff requests in-person contact afterward.
  • Unit 34-96 was assigned an assault report to be handled by phone (22:47) and later advised en route to secondary and will advise further (22:58).
  • Unit 34-84 was assigned an animal complaint to be started by phone (23:01).
